New graduate recruitment guidelines

In recruiting new graduates, we are looking for two roles: general and professional.The general occupation decides where to be assigned based on his aptitude.


There are two major roles: 1.Propose the Channel Manager TEMAIRAZU Series to accomodation facilities such as hotels and ryokans.2.Provide support to existing customers.

Professional (Development Engineer)

Responsible for planning, development and programming of in-house content (TEMAIRAZU Series).In addition, we design and manage core systems software, build and maintain servers, and design and create materials for our services.

Qualification requirements
  • Those who are expected to graduate from a vocational school, university, or graduate school in March 2023
  • Starting salary 250,000 yen per month (including fixed overtime of 45hrs)

  • 8: 50-18: 00 (actual work 8 hours) * Break 11: 50-13: 00

Company Briefing, filling up the entry sheet

At company briefings, senior employees and recruiters give a brief overview of the company and about your work.Also,they tell you the rapture of our work.Please have many inquiry at taht time because it is good timing for talking with senior employee.Please fill out the entry sheet after participating in the company briefing.


Written test and interview selection

You will be required to take a written test and job interviews.During the interview, we will evaluate your way of thinking and your motivation.The written test is a test to check basic academic ability. Keep track of the time while writing the paper in order to complete the test on time.


Informal Offer

If you succeed in the interview you will be offered a job. Internship program for job offered peopleIn case of job training, you will be able to attend the internship program. After informal offer, you will receive training. In some case the same work done during the internship phase is continued when you become a full time employee as well. You can focus on improving your skills before joining the company.
