TEMANASHI NEXT features
Vacancy information is displayed on the initial search screen for reducing search stress.
Since the calendar for 2 months is displayed on the top screen, you can check at a glance whether there is a vacancy on the day they want to stay or if there is a vacancy on a nearby schedule.
Supports multilingual automatic translation
TEMANASHI NEXT is equipped with Google Translate function. Automatic translation into English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean just by setting the Japanese wording. Speedy sales are possible.

Possibility for easy to start selling
Settings of TEMANASHI NEXT can be completed on the Temairazu screen! You can easily start selling by simply setting facility information, room information, and plan information in the "centralized inventory service". In addition, since Temairazu settings`s the inventory and charges can be used as they are, sales can be started in a minimum of one day.
* For accommodations that are already using the centralized inventory service, all you have to do is check the simple initial settings and the sales destination!
Online credit card payment is available.
We work with two services: "HotelPay" provided by Time Design Co., Ltd. and "GMO Multi-Payment Service" provided by GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. You can reduce the risks of no-shows and last minute cancellations by online pre-payment by credit card.

* "HotelPay" is available only in TEMANASHI NEXT with design version. A separate contract with Time Design Co., Ltd. is required to use "HotelPay".
* If you choose to use "GMO Multi-Payment Service", a separate contract with GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. is required.

Meeting
Please fill in the application form and send it to us by fax or email. Accommodations already using the "TEMAIRAZU" series can apply online.
Initial setting
Please set the room plan with the centralized inventory function, get the link to the reservation screen, or download the API specifications and create the reservation screen.
Start accepting reservations
Reservation acceptance will start when the link to the company's official website is completed or the API is installed. Room plans and reservation information can be managed collectively in the "TEMAIRAZU" series.
Customer Support

All staff have complete information abour the TEMAIRAZU Series. They have easy access to the other members of the Temairazu team, thus beiing able to provide accurate and prompt support.

Timings are from 10 am to 9pm (Weekdays), thus making it easy to contact us during the routine Check-in hours.

Inquiries can be done through email as well, any time of the day and any time of the year. So you can be rest assured even during off call hours.
Backup Data to ensure safety
As it is an ASP service, important reservation information will not be lost even if the PC has a hardware malfunction. In addition, wa will have data backup for the information as well.
